The cold case known as the “New Haven Orphanage Disappearances” is infamous in your town, Havenport. The mysterious disappearance of the kids that used to call it home has been said to be the work of a demonic force. As up and coming police officer’s you’ve been tasked with solving the case. Will you solve it or simply become the next to go missing?

Atmosphere was good. Heavily relies on darkness and loud sounds for scares, which is a bit annoying if you really enjoy puzzles. The puzzles were simple enough, but the splitting of clues into 2 streamlines seemed unnecessary and a little extra confusing. The only reason I would not come back was due to how loud the room was. We could hear other groups from a different escape room right beside us who would not stop screaming at us and trying to engage our group. There was rarely a point in the game where you could not hear other groups talking and screaming from other rooms which got pretty frustrating! If you are looking to actually escape a room, do not do rooms at this location. You do not escape, you just win and go back out through the door you came in. Mediocre experience.

This is a fantastic escape room that provides an environment that really feels as though you are in an abandoned orphanage. The puzzles fit the theme seamlessly and there are many unique elements to this game that leave you feeling fully immersed into the story. I thoroughly enjoyed this room and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys horror themed escape rooms.

Fantastic room, especially with the lack of scary rooms in the southern Ontario area. Puzzles were satisfying and varied. Room was very thematic and live actors were great. Another good room from this company.

They did have a numbering system to the puzzles that I think got a bit convoluted/not needed, but I guess they wanted to direct you to what the puzzles were. Otherwise the puzzles were fantastic, really varied and some unique solves.

Creepy. It is a flashlight room so if that’s not your thing then this might not be the best for you. It did feel reasonable/purposeful though. Props were a little worn down but otherwise very thematic!

Great room! This company has some of my favourite rooms! This was a spooky room! And unique puzzles, great props. Highly recommend if you like spooky rooms! And they let us do it with only 2 people so that was nice!
