This was a generic number puzzles and padlocks room with a Batman theme slapped over top of it. Nothing particularly creative here.
Gameplay
It wasn’t novel. Mostly locks and number puzzles. It’s a parallel room, not linear. So it did flow pretty well. Everyone had something to work on, but the puzzles were underwhelming.
Atmosphere
I guess if you are a big Batman fan, you might like this room. It just didn’t quite hit the mark for me though.
Customer service
The game master seemed a little in attentive, but was friendly. He responded quickly, but had to go through and ask what all we’ve solved so far.

I think something hurting this room is the Batman theme actually. Just the theme gives you a certain level of expectation that didn’t quite hit the mark for me.
