No Humbugs Allowed! Welcome to the 18th Century, London, England. Night has fallen over London on Christmas Eve, Ebenezar has just arrived home after making sure his assistant, Bob Cratchit, puts in his extra hours to make up for taking off Christmas Day. Scrooge lays back in bed, thinking happily on all the years money he’s scrimped and saved in the strongbox at the office. He drifts off to sleep, and wakes up in that very same office, but how did he get here, and is this just a dream? It all seems so real…

Great room. Many non-traditional puzzles but that’s to be expected with Conundrum. Even though it’s a Christmas-themed room, it doesn’t go over the top and take away from the room.

So refreshing to play a Christmas-themed room that had nothing to do with finding a missing/hidden Nice List. Scrooge instead of Santa. And frankly, the overall story gimmick was really neat and my whole group loved the experience. Good blend of opening padlocks and other types of puzzles. Would 100% recommend!
Really unique puzzles and clear pathing and signposting.
Clearly significant effort went into this room. We really loved the aesthetics and design
Avery was clear about being fairly new but that didn’t detract at all - he was a great host for us

A few puzzles would probably go over children’s heads but this was described as one of the harder rooms so I’d expect that.

Amazing set design, and I love that the game masters always get into character at this location. TONS of puzzles in this room, all of which are non linear which can be difficult. One of my few losses as there simply so many puzzles for two people, but still thoroughly enjoyed this room.

AMAZING THEMING. Really fun room but TOUGH for 2 person groups. There are a ton of puzzles and one puzzles that you need at least 6 hands for.

This game is a quest to warm Scrooge's heart of ice, and I certainly think it will warm your own as well! Plenty of delightful Christmas puzzles and unique ideas combod with a small but well done set are the highlights of this game. I did struggle a bit with the puzzle flow - the first room and second room were two entirely different puzzling experiences, almost like the difference between shopping for presents two weeks early or the night before Christmas. Scrooge still left me jolly as can be, and I would recommend it for a little Christmas spirit no matter the time of year!
