This was the first room that I had played at the Great Room Escape in Utah. Coming from Arizona, I had played at one of their locations in Tempe, but this one was much better. The facility is amazing and the room was very well done. Definitely a challenge, for sure. The environment was great and even gave some spooky vibes. Not super scary, but creepy, for sure
Flow was good. We only had a group of 3, so it was difficult for a few puzzles (mainly just one time suck)
Staff was welcoming, but not super personable. This is NOT a negative review, but rather noting that most places give a warmer welcome

This is the best room in Utah. If you can do one room in the state, do this one. Massive set, complete immersion, great puzzles, and the storyline is extremely well thought out. I can’t wait to see what other rooms this location does.

Truly an amazing room!! Definitely one of, if not the best room in Utah. It's a bit of a drive from SLC but it's 100% worth it. The story was super immersive, they had a couple of effects that really added to the room, including some props that made the room just feel bigger than it actually was. Puzzles were intuitive and made sense, also really creative and an excellent use of space, I have nothing but respect towards the attention to details. The owners took multiple weeks fixing things to make the room just right, and it showed! The owners were super generous and kind towards us and our group, and I really look forward to doing another of their rooms soon!
Gameplay flowed great, I was super immersed the whole time, and it was intuitive.
Some of the props stood out, as well as some of the special effects, as I said before, the attention to details the owners put into this was second to none.
The owners were super welcoming and stayed and chatted with us afterwards, we really appreciated the time they took out of their day to help explain certain effects and props as well as the flow of the game.

We did it with 5 and it worked perfectly, I'd say maybe 4 if you want to do more, 5 works just as well!

This is my personal favorite game in Utah. It's a little bit of a drive from SLC but definitely worth it. The set is well made and uses some cool tricks to make it feel larger than it actually is. The puzzles are non-linear and integrated -there was always plenty to do. The owners are fantastic and spent a good amount of time after showing us the room and the tech they'd used to pull it off. Definitely recommend this for everyone.
Non-linear, plenty to do, all fun.
Great hotel vibe. Lots of details.
Owners are fantastic.
Good story, the only note I have is that the last room feels a little underutilized.

This room was AWESOME! I’m a little surprised other reviews gave it just a simple like. It was so immersive and well made. Surprisingly, the story was rather wholesome. Loved our experience.
Flows well. Has an actor, but they weren’t overly helpful or annoying. Had quite a few locks, but the process to solve them was really well done.
So well done. Attention to detail in every part of the room. I often feel that spooky/horror themed rooms are an excuse to make the room poorly. This was not the case.
So friendly and welcoming. Every single one.

It had both. Both well done.

They clarified and assisted, but weren’t invasive. They also made me feel calm and collected. We loved our actor.

Colorblind will have a couple issues. The room is pretty dim. Wheelchair accessible. Hearing impaired will have a couple issues with some puzzles.

Overall very good room. Was tarnished when we inadvertently bypassed a puzzle. Also some extraneous props that caused issues. Overall liked by the group.
