"I am Father, an onboard artificial intelligence computer mainframe provided to you by the company. We will be docking to the deep space station, The Sulstromo momentarily. I have been instructed to give you your mission debrief before we dock. An emergency distress beacon was received from corporate chief geneticist, Dr. J. Larsen. Complete facility quarantine was then activated and communication was lost shortly thereafter. Dr. Larsen was conducting classified research on an "Unknown Species" onboard the Sulstromo in quadrant LV-427. Company emergency protocol requires a military response unit. Quarantine procedures were activated for "unknown causality" before complete facility power loss. As Special Forces Team Alpha, your primary mission is to restore power, find Dr. Larsen, and recover his research at all costs. Quarantine will deactivate within 75 minutes. We suggest you complete your mission, quickly. Good luck, and remember, the company is here for you. Building Better Worlds."

This is one of the most challenging rooms I’ve done. The atmosphere was great and the references to a certain movie franchise were fun and plenty. The host was friendly and welcoming. The actors were probably the best part - fully invested in their characters. We did not escape but we did only have 3 participants, while the recommended minimum was 4 (and this was only the second room for two of them). That said, I feel there were too many puzzles even for a 75 minute time limit. There was just so much to do and many of the puzzles needed 2 people cooperating on the specific task. High praise for designing the room in house, however it is lock heavy.

These rooms are for large groups and there is a ton of stuff to do in them. I have to agree with the other reviews, you will not like this room if you don’t like being told what to do. We had fun, but many enthusiast will find the constant hints and advice annoying. You will also miss out on half the room because it is so big.
This room is MASSIVE, and there is so much to do. Almost too much. We had a good time, but there is no way you finish this room without your actor.
Well done. Very large. Good for big groups.
Our actor was a lot of fun and great at what she does.
Yes
Not like anything I’ve done before. If you go in more for the experience rather than the trying to solve it on your own, you’ll have a better time. A few puzzles I had never seen before.

Puzzles aren’t too crazy

Honestly, 6-10, and you’d still be fine.
Scary
There’s a couple actors in this one, and they do scare you.

Red Giant is amazing. My friend and I came from Arizona just to visit Red Giant escape rooms. We were scheduled to play all 6 rooms in one day. As we were prepping to play our last room, Xenomorph, the power went out. The staff was very accommodating. They were willing to let us play the room without power, as we were going to leave the next morning back to Arizona. We moved our flight and Red Giant actually agreed to let us come back the next morning and play the room. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Best birthday trip ever
Thank you for everything you have done for us, Red Giant! Reference my main review to see how they accommodated us

The room itself was one of the best constructed rooms I’ve ever done. And the puzzles were really awesome, the only problem that we had was it felt like our actor didn’t give us much of a chance to work on things on our own, and pushed us down routes that ended up, not actually being beneficial to us.
