A Quest For Freedom

Quest was a terrific experience! This game is thorough from start to finish. The puzzles 🧩 were original, fun, and true to the theme - such a blast to play. The set design was incredible. We look forward to coming back for the other games at Olde City! Highly recommend.

We brought my nephew here who happens to be afraid of the dark... so parts of it was difficult for him. Clever but a bit too many red herrings.

This was cute! I could tell they really made an effort with the theme. Not a difficult escape room, it seems like they may be catering more to tourists in Philly but the puzzles were fun and I don’t have anything inherently negative to say about it.

Fun room, group of 3 of us with one newbie and 2 escape room enthusiasts! Loved that it was Benjamin’s Franklin themed with some fun facts integrated into the game play! We used a few nudges but other than those, pay attention and enjoy the history of it!

I loved this room! The theme was fun and the execution was terrific! It had some neat puzzles that are unique to this room which is always a nice surprise.

70th room. It was top tier. I did their Ben Franklin room. It was very cool for a tourist. Especially after having gone to the Ben Franklin Museum and learned about him. If you're in Philly, go do this room.

This was a VERY fun game. My wife and I played this room while on vacation and loved it. I can’t wait to go back to Philly and try more of Olde City’s games!

A bit different, since you are trying to find seven items instead of one item or a passcode to escape. But in practice this means it felt like we were regularly hitting dead ends and then having to reassess what to do next. Also, some of the clues we found we didn’t end up using, but we still finished the room, so in other words they were not all that intuitive. Still, an okay room.

Mediocre room but still fun. Game masters here are really nice. Room was kinda cool but puzzles and 1776 theme wasn’t the coolest in the world.

Room can easily be played with 4 players as we had. Possibly even 2-3. Puzzles were creative and unique and the theme flowed throughout. There were a couple really cool puzzles that I’ve never seen before and I appreciated the uniqueness. Set design was very nicely done especially for the space. This is a GREAT first room to do in Philly and very Philly themed!
