A lot of the locks are the same and itβs rarely clear which number goes into which lock, so you have to try the same number into multiple locks before you find the right one. The fact that itβs very unclear where to even begin means a lot of time is wasted at the beginning too. Not all of the puzzles are clear where to go after you solve it (especially the early puzzles), which also wastes time. Overall, the game and puzzles get better the further you go (I liked the last 3-4 puzzles), but the first few puzzles could use some direction. Some more variety in the puzzles would have been nice too.

Some of the writing, such as the one on the final lock, was rubbed off and impossible to read.

The set design of this room is very impressive! It really looks like an old school diner. The details are fantastic, from the booths to the checkered floors. The flow of the puzzles in the room are well designed. Highly recommend!

An escape room you can solve without any clues. This experience was so memorable because everyone in my party added the necessary skills to allow us to solve this room without clues. I loved it.

This game was so-so. The set design was okay but things like the oven were in bad shape. The locks at Quicksand need to be replaced, as well. We did enjoy the game for the most part. Our game master, Alexis, was super friendly. She made our overall experience much better.

We completed with 2 people, but it definitely tested relationships. Lots of moving pieces and lots of locks. We found some of the items to not be fully reset and some clues were a bit vague to make the connections. We liked the theme and did have a good time. But at times it was a bit of a challenge with the ticking clock and trying to match the lock with the clue. They did have unique puzzles and we did find aspects to be creative.
A bit worn down. Not super immersive.

A good room for beginners. Theming was good but not amazing. A lot of old school physical locks, nothing really techy at all. One of the frustrating parts was that some of the puzzle solutions did not flow. You would find a code and have no idea where to use it as the two puzzles would be completely unrelated. It wasnβt too many puzzles that had that issue but still something to keep in mind
The flow was a bit confusing. Some puzzles would not give you any indication of where the solution needed to be used.

This was my first successful completion with three other novices of various ages. The story was fun, the puzzles were engaging and numerous and could be solved by several players simultaneously (which was very helpful). Nothing scary.

Great room design and fun experience! Lots of locks and puzzles that could be solved simultaneously. I escaped with three other novice players and we had only seconds remaining. Lots of fun components and the story is interesting. Nothing scary.

I just love the charm of this game. Itβs fun for beginners to get into escape rooms, but is also a fun one for experienced players because of the atmosphere. I know itβs not regarded as the most incredible game ever made but Diner holds a special place in my heart! Got out with a team of 3 and still sometimes think back on how cute and fun it was

βAt the onset... the story seemed downright silly. It all came together...β
