Can’t recommend. Felt like it may have been a decent room years ago or with a more immersive atmosphere. The game and experience for us was subpar. Poor flow, poor props, poor story. Waste of money.
Gameplay
Linear but nothing leading you from clue to clue. Find a code and put in various locks until one works.

Poorly designed. Looked like a garage sale. Very minimal design and has not been maintained over the years. Void of immersive features.
Customer service
Staff was fine and friendly. However clues and intro delivered in an awkward male Siri robot voice.
