9/10 After 65 rooms, this might be the most immersive game we have done so far. Completely submerging ourselves in a boat really enhances the experience. Being agile is very important as the boat is on the smaller side. The puzzles in the room were fairly linear but all went well with the story and nothing seemed out of place. The ending and final room is something we will probably never forget! We were treated great by our GM and are hoping to come back soon to try their other room with friends. If you are in Dublin, make Escape Boats your number 1 escape room destination! (You can check out our full review in our blog. Link in my profile. It was definitely one of the most immersive games I’ve ever played. I think a small team would work better for a room like this. I’ve seen reviews saying it only works as a solo mission, but I think a solid duo is ideal. I will say, I’ve seen a fair amount of reviews mourn the difficulty of the final room, and this was not something we experienced at all. Maybe we’re brainiacs, or maybe we just got lucky, either way, we had a blast. Whether you’re a seasoned gamer or just starting to get your feet wet 😁 this is a great room to do with your favorite partner-in-crime. PS— Tall gamers beware!
