The puzzles were ok although the room wasn’t immersive and was quite dirty. The staff was pretty rude and when we got there a bit late due to traffic. Then even with our timer started they made us wait in the lobby for 5-10 minutes while they were escorting another group and making small talk. Overall not a great experience which is unfortunate because I had high hopes for a big franchise like this.

Pretty good flow.
Atmosphere
Set design wasn’t very immersive. It was also a bit too dark (especially for the theme).
Customer service
Staff was rude. They didn’t seem like they were even watching us although there was cameras… when we got out early no one met us at the door and we had to find our way back to the lobby. They seemed surprised that we got were there.
