There were 4 of us in this room. 3 of us usually flow really well together in escape rooms but we had one player who was a little difficult to work with. That being said, the room was just wonderful despite him lol! The puzzles are unique and creative, but where this room shines the most is in it’s fantastic set design. We loved it all. I didn’t think we’d do as well as we did!
Absolutely incredible set design
The owner went above and beyond to help ensure I had accessible parking. He was amazing! And our GM was just fantastic too

I have a mobility disability and the owner even let me park directly in front of the entrance. I was easily able to navigate through the room(s). I’m not in a wheelchair but I’m a bit weak and wobbly.
Yes
Easy to find, hard to park but then the owner was extremely accommodating :)

I got rock star parking thanks to the owner

This room was an absolute blast, the set design is 10/10 with a fully immersive experience. This room offers a lot to do, so no one is ever left feeling like they didn’t contribute and any Lovecraft fans will be ecstatic about the subtle lore - I highly recommend this room!
One of the best atmospheric rooms we’ve played.

After playing Evil Dead 2, we decided we wanted to try this game. It was just the two of us, and this game has a minimum of four players. We paid for the four spots and gave it a shot. We were not disappointed. We have not played the Arkham Horror board game so we didn't get the Easter eggs in this game. That's okay. The set design was awesome. The puzzles were challenging and fun. We needed two hints and one of the puzzles didn't quite work the way it should have. In the end, we needed a couple of extra minutes to finish. (By the way, this is not a scary/horror game.) The lights are a bit dim for ambiance, but the great thing about Hourglass is that they always provide flashlights in the rooms. In fact, in each room we played, there were 8+ flashlights. If one has low batteries, you just pick up another. I wish all places did this. Also, they always give you something to write on. Again, all places should do this. In the end, we think this was our favorite room of the three we played at Hourglass.
