It’s the year 1954, and you are a team of investigative journalists with a very particular assignment. Woodcrest Institution for the mentally insane has been reported multiple times due to allegations of patients disappearing without a trace. Your team suspects that Dr. Warren, the creepy and eccentric lead psychiatrist, may have something to do with the disappearances. The only way to know for sure is to infiltrate the inside. Donned in straightjackets**, your team will venture into the decrepit asylum to see what Dr. Warren is really hiding behind these walls. But beware, the hospital staff is only on break for the next hour, so time is of the essence. You have 60 minutes to search the premises and discover the truth before the nurse returns. Will you uncover the real reason these patients went missing? Or will be forever committed to the asylum?

You can choose to start this room in straight jackets! Lighting is a little too low. Took us awhile to get started, but then everything went smoothly. Solid room!

We had this privilege of trying this one out the first week it was open! We were so impressed with how well it was put together. The puzzles were great and unique and you get to start in straight jackets!

This room was a little hard to get started in at first as it was easy to get stuck on a clue that wasn’t needed until the end. Other than that it was an amazing room and we love the owners! You can see their passion for escape rooms in this room.

Stopped here on a road trip and are glad we did! GMs were accommodating and flexible (we had booked a different room, but after they asked our experience level, allowed us to swap to a more difficult room). Good set design and challenging puzzles. Starting in the straight jackets wasn’t creepy at all and did add to the immersion factor :). Will definitely return when we can to do the other rooms!
