I wasn’t a fan of this game. Broken media players and unintuitive puzzles.
Gameplay
Not every letter lock makes a word. The game is non linear. Some items will be used more than once. This game breaks many cardinal rules of escape rooms, and your gm was never trained to tell you about any of them.

The staff wasn’t properly trained. Jamie was a sweet girl, but nobody taught her how to be a game master. This is the owners fault, not hers.
