This site is convenient so we kept going back with high hopes because our first experience there was good, but in each subsequent experience, some part of the room was broken and needed fixing or intervention mid-game. In this one, we completed the final puzzle, but the game master didn't see us complete one prior to that so she reset the game and had us walk her through what we did because she missed it. We missed out on the experience. It was incredibly problematic.
