I would not recommend this company. This was the worst escape room I’ve ever experienced. The staff was uninterested and the game master did not pay attention or track our game progress.

The design was nice but it repeatedly did not work
Customer service
The game master was unresponsive and did not track our game play. When one element didn’t work she instructed us to enter a date in a code panel and then told us we escaped. There were 5-6 puzzles we hadn’t attempted at that point and they had to restart the clock to let us continue.
