If I could give this room a rating out of 10 it would be a 6.5/10 It really needs to be updated, some of the puzzles we had completed, but, for some reason didn’t register so we were in the room a lot longer than necessary, there were a few red herrings strewn about but not a lot to throw you off. A lot of signs were faded, and occasionally important information would be on said signs that were faded that you just had to take a guess on. I wanna say it was really maybe 3 or 4 of the puzzles in the room are, iffy. I wouldn’t recommend this room for a group of people who have never done a room before. Maybe for those who can get over these things that were a bit of an issue

This room has great theming and is very detailed. However, some of the puzzles didn't function properly causing us to spend extra time on them. The room also didn't feel like it flowed super well. That could be because of things not working correctly. It just didn't feel as intuitive.

I usually love Maze Rooms but this one was not fun. The puzzles were not intuitive and some of the technology was broken. It was a harder room but not in a fun and challenging way, just more frustrating.
Storyline was cool but gameplay was not intuitive.

I really loved the theming of this room. Everything looks so nice, and the atmosphere was great. I thought most of the puzzles were cool and very well integrated with the theme. There were 2 things that really miffed me about this room, but otherwise I loved it. 1) There is one puzzle that requires a great amount of dexterity, and the controls for it were very unwieldy. 2) There was one puzzle that we were doing correctly, but it just straight up wasn't working for the longest time. I'm not sure how attentive our gamemaster was since this was the only time we asked for help, but she told us to do what we were already doing and we still couldn't get it going for 10+ minutes.

We did some other rooms that had similar theme, and I think this is the better one. However, they really need to maintain the room better. There was some technical issues in the beginning that the staff needed to fix it. I was glad that at least it’s not in the middle of the game, but there’s still a minor issue during the game. Some sets and props were noticeably worn out. Having said that, it’s still a good room overall. The puzzles themselves were not too challenging and some of them were interesting. The ending was my favorite part.

Came here after doing Tombstone as we saw that there was an opening. Did little to no research and was completely blown away by the detail put into this room or should I say rooms! It was a very challenging experience with only one minor glitch about halfway through. Set design was fantastic as well as the ending. Recommend!!!

I honestly do not recommend this place. There were two people working the whole place and we arrive before our time which was 7:30pm and the two staff were communicating with each other that the previous group just got out like at 7:28pm. And then one of the staff proceeded to go prep the room from that point on and he finished resetting the room by 8pm. Mind you, we were scheduled for 7:30pm slot. When he was done he didn’t even apologize for delaying our experience by 30mins and just took us to our room. Didn’t even really explain the room and just sent us over. When we asked for clues the lady with the nose piercing in middle of her nose was VERY rude and short with us as if she did not want to run the rooms. Even when we were waiting thirty mins for the guy to reset the room she was just on her phone. We ended up having to stop in middle of the game because there were SEVERAL malfunctions and things were not properly. One of the biggest concern was the escape button to open the door in case of an emergency was NOT working meaning the door wouldn’t open when it was supposed to. We asked for a refund and the lady proceeded to be very rude and said we will receive our refund in 5-7 business days with absolutely no apology. Like I know you don’t own the place because you sure act like you don’t but please be advised that you are the face of the company and a part of the customer experience. If you don’t want to work there, please don’t and ruin it for everyone. Don’t just say that this specific game breaks down often and expect us to understand. If it breaks down often, you guys should do something about it. We do weekly escape rooms and this was the WORST experience ever. This was also the first time we had to stop in middle of the game.
