How do we deal with these pesky poltergeists? If we can figure out why the ghost is hanging around & fix its problem, then no more ghosts. Think you've got what it takes?

Genuinely one of my favorite rooms ever. Beautifly made, so unique, immersive and magical. You absolutely need to do ghost patrol, everyone needs to at some time in their life.

The first part of this room was wonderful. Excellent puzzles, great set, clever premise. The second half was challenging in a way that detracted from the enjoyment for part of our team. There was a lot of spatial problem solving in the second part of the room, which was ideal for two on our team, but the other two of us were literally standing there just watching with nothing to do for quite a while. Still enjoyed the room overall, but this bottleneck of a single kind of puzzles ended up as the focus of our conversation for the whole drive home.

The puzzles were really fun. Everything worked perfectly, and the room was super polished.

Highly recommended for large, mixed-skill groups like parties, team-building events, or introducing first-timers to the hobby. Enthusiasts will also love it but they might want to limit team size to 6 or so). This is one of the smoothest, best-orchestrated escape rooms I've ever done. It's up there with Palace Escape in terms of puzzle quality and flow, and the retro sci-fi / ghost story set design and effects are fun and imaginative. The puzzles were fun, the props were imaginative, and even with an enormous 10-person team there was usually something for everyone to do. They did a great job in particular of signaling what puzzles and clues were appropriate to work on, without breaking immersion. The GM was also extremely welcoming and helpful. I put off doing this room for a long time because it's more expensive than most, but the experience was worth it. One of my top recommendations in the Bay Area!
I actually didn't realize until afterward how well the plot fit together! Ghosts are a familiar escape room element but they carried it off really well, and it made sense why the ghost was doing everything it did.

We had a group of 10 (the max allowed) and it went quite well.

No mobility issues. Lighting was generally good and there wasn't a lot of small print to read. No highly fiddly color-based puzzles. There were a number of audio puzzles. The GM warned us that there were some loud sound effects and said he could turn them down if we wanted, but the teammates with sensory sensitivities (including me) all found the normal volume comfortable.

My favorite room in the Bay Area. Amazing pops and good storyline, the puzzles are very unique, I think the room perfectly combines puzzle depth with tech pops.

Great experience! I enjoyed the game play/flow and we only had to ask for clues on a few puzzles. I do think we had to split up to solve different puzzles or else we wouldnβt have escaped in time. Must have decent spatial thinking/visualization.

Despite a ghost hunting theme, it's not spooky at all. Very family friendly. You can tell from the website.

Not sure if it's wheelchair accessible, but at least there's no crawling or jumping, and there are sittable chairs inside the room.

Our family of four LOVED this room. The design, the puzzles, and customer service were all top notch. The attention to detail was incredible and the room design was really cool (and sometimes spooky) As others have mentioned, the only negative would be the sometimes single thread nature of the puzzles, but overall we were all engaged and everyone contributed to the solve.
Top notch!
EXCELLENT GMs who you could tell really love escape rooms.

There is a parking lot for the area and there was a ton of parking on a Sunday afternoon.
