According to legend, Minos, king of Crete, built a labyrinth where he locked up the Minotaur, a dangerous creature born with a human body and the head of a bull. The Minotaur is always hungry, and its meal of choice is human. King Minos has developed the nasty habit of throwing people he doesn’t like into the Labyrinth to feed his pet. I felt this room had potential with a nice sized unique space but lacked severely in the story and puzzle department. The puzzles seemed very random and a few red herrings. The final puzzle and ending seemed like an afterthought.

We made it to the very last puzzle, but ended up stumped. It was a bit confusing so try and give yourself enough time to figure it out. Edit: we came back about six months later and we finally escaped. Getting to the very end was very rewarding!

But my partner and I were the ones that broke it. It was a small magnet, but we were told it happens ALL the time. They paused our time and brought us a new one since it was needed to solve a puzzle. Other than that, everything was great!

We enjoyed this room, but it didn’t really flow very well in our opinion. We made it out, but it was pretty meh. Nice design, beautiful props, very spacious. Our GM didn’t seem like he was very excited to be there. No one welcomed us when we arrived, and it felt very cold. Like…get in and get out if that makes any sense.
