We all know the story of the Chocolate Factory and its five lucky winners, but did you ever wonder what came next? It’s been 25 years since the chocolate factory had to close its doors due to the mysterious disappearance of four of the five attendees. But today something has changed, smoke billows out from the factory once again, and the amazing chocolate maker has announced a special 1-hour press conference to explain what is going on. Although excitement is in the air once again, some Candy Shop Owners aren’t quite as happy! You and your crew have been invited by the mysterious Franklin Von’Schweets to do some investigating of your own. Schweets, like many other shop owners are reverting to their old tactics of stealing candy to duplicate recipes! You have one hour to collect the Wonka bars and any other Wonka candy you cand find, once you have done so, escape through the great glass elevator before the press conference is over and the chocolatier returns.

Did not enjoy this room very much - there were very few puzzles overall and the room just didn't flow altogether. Each stage seemed to be somewhat confusing. There's a great premise, and good start to each room. I think with some additional care and effort this room could be great!

One of the better kid themed rooms. The props were awesome for the kids to play with but also understand. It stayed with the story line of the movie.

Enjoyed the theme of this room. Thought the first room was really nice designed. This would be good for kids.

A little underwhelming. Lots of cool, eye catching decor, but hard to overlook the random holes in the wall, the exposed wires, and the unstable hinges that made the room feel cheap and rushed. Puzzles were cute, but very linear and didn’t allow for more than 1-2 players to work on at once. Room size is tight for more than 4 players. Game master didn’t seem to be paying attention and was very hard to hear when receiving clues. Love the theme they were going for, but it just didn’t live up to expectation based on previous visits.
Generally friendly but didn’t seem to be paying attention to our game. Kept asking “what do you want help with?” instead of pointing us in the right direction. Read the rules and story straight off a piece of paper in the middle of the hallway, lacking in immersion and ability to hear. In previous visits, the rules and room story were always played on a monitor in a separate room.

Super cute, whimsical game! It’s linear and definitely on the easy side (difficulty is geared more for kids and first timers) BUT we still had a great time immersing ourselves. It allowed us to focus on being present in the set instead of trying to beat the clock. The game is such a fun take on the movie and has so many neat features. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!
Linear, whimsical storyline that makes you feel like you’re in the movie

Super easy for pros, my husband and I got out in 23 minutes with no hints! STILL, it was so worth it as the point became enjoying the game instead of beating the clock. Perfect for kids and adults of all skill levels.
