The Great Outdoors

This was not a good experience. The staff were not friendly. They weren't rude, but they just weren't welcoming. Our GM specifically was not great. At one point we had to ask multiple times for a hint. At the end of the game she rushed us out and didn't engage with us about the room. The set design of the room was meh. There were way too many Glade plugins and car air fresheners to try and give the room a pine smell. It was so overwhelming that it made us all a bit queasy. Some of the puzzles were okay (if not basic) while a couple of them didn't make sense. One of the electronic puzzles didn't work like it should have and opened a box prematurely. Overall, it was an experience that we did not enjoy.

Fun experience with elements of exploration and minor spelunking! There are dark elements and moments of crawling and climbing, but only one person has to do it. I thought the puzzles were fair, and very well-themed. Area was nicely used and decorated, and our game master was very helpful. Much better than most other rooms in the area!

We played 2 of the games, this one being our favorite of the 2. Fun game with some fun puzzles and tech. There were some puzzles that felt that they had a few logic leaps or took too much time, but nothing to get frustrated about. We enjoyed our experience here and would recommend this game to those who love games where there’s a lot of exploration. The owners are awesome! They showed great guest service to our party!

Some clever puzzles. Fun set designs. A decent amount of standard locks. Some red herrings, which I detest, but luckily we didn't waste too much time with them.
