GREATEST ROOM EVER! My personal favorite of all time. Great atmosphere, great animatronics, and even better puzzles. Little to no lock and keys and all hands in puzzles. 10/10!

This room was epic. Not scary but definitely creepy. And the theming! I wasn’t ready for that. Puzzles were great, different, and challenging. Cheesie was wonderful to meet! Would definitely have “my birthday” here again.

This. Room. Is. AWESOME. If you, like me, grew up frequently enduring the inherent creepiness of a certain animatronic mouse and his friends with an equally disturbing slice of pizza, you will love this room. Most unique theme I’ve seen in a while and wonderfully executed. Not scary—perfectly unsettling. Highly recommend!

Some creepy effects, but I place this room among my top 10 of all time! Memorable to the point I felt like I was 8 years old reliving a birthday party. It’s all the creepy things I feel now when I look back at photos from Showbiz Pizza and Chuck-E-Cheese.

Loved this room. Supper fun theme with great atmosphere. There are a good amount of puzzles that can be worked on at the same time. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great was some of the lighting made it difficult to see certain colors for some puzzles, but nothing that was game breaking.

Overall a very good experience. The theme was really cool and just a little creepy, so nowhere near horror. The atmosphere was spot-on to what I had envisioned for the storyline, and it was a very high quality set. The puzzles were good overall, but the flow suffered when we had everything available to us to solve a puzzle, but the input mechanism was not available yet. Some puzzle gating would’ve helped direct teams’ attention towards the right place. Also, this game relied rather heavily on color based puzzles to varying levels of success because color differentiation caused us to struggle a bit. Otherwise, the puzzles were logical, creative, and fun to execute. The game also had a fun ending and great customer experience as always at 60 to escape locations.

Unique theme which I always appreciate! More frustrations with color puzzles than necessary and not an intuitive flow overall. Would rate as neutral if that was an option.
