We have a fully stocked shop with all the Greek pantheon-themed gifts you need, and none of those pesky puzzles and clues to get in the way! First time doing an audio escape room and didn’t know what to expect. Mark was a fun and entertaining GM . Game was fun , clever and I enjoyed it.

My first audio escape! Played with strangers, but we all had a great time, and the puzzles were very clever. Mark was wonderful in entertaining our strange to do list, and he made the experience fun.

An amazingly clever and fun audio escape room. Mark Larson is a great GM who can play off of our team's ideas, no matter how wild they may be. Best played with a curious group with a big imagination. The way the jokes, references, and shop tied together was sublime.

This game was like a great combo of D&D and escape rooms. Very similar to the Escape this Podcast style games, it had a ton of humor and some surprisingly good puzzles. The end was also a fantastic little twist.

Hilarious experience that I was lucky to be able to be a part of doing during escape room convention RECON 2023! It was a fun audio adventure with some images and interactive text/browser puzzles with full audio narration and acting by the talented and witty Mark Larson. Deciding via voice with the team what to do, whether part of solving the room or just messing around for fun, led to delightful descriptions and funny outcomes. I didn’t kwant it to end! I was laughing so hard! The ending is a kick too, but I won’t spoil what made it legendary!

Not my type of game. I’ve done a handful of audio only or virtual rooms and this one by far was the hardest to understand what was happening,

From the creator of Escape from Escape Island. Claim your Game Pass (at no additional cost!) when you purchase a Community, Pro, or Champion ticket. Game passes are limited and this offer is only available while supplies last. In the lead up to RECON, you will be emailed a voucher to use to book The Shop of Theseus. If you purchased your ticket on or BEFORE August 1, 2023, you received your voucher by email on August 2. If you purchased your ticket AFTER August 1, it can take up to 48 hours after the time of purchase to receive your emailed voucher. If you think you should already have a voucher and you haven’t received it, contact RECON at RECON@roomescapeartist.com When you receive your voucher, you will also receive a booking link, and you’ll be able to see the available time slots. All time slots are listed in New York time. There are no time slots during RECON. We encourage everyone to play the game before RECON, but there will be limited bookings available after RECON as well (announced at a later date.) Your teammates will be other RECON attendees! The Shop of Theseus is a great way to meet folks before you get to RECON. Once you’ve book your time slot, you’ll receive your link to play the game on the morning of your booking from theseus@roomescapeartist.com. You can email this address with “day of booking” concerns.
