Very awesome customer service and great immersion. Some puzzles are really tedious I’d recommend more than 2 but we escaped and had a great spooky time. Highly recommend checking them out and collect your own passport.

Nice, spooky atmosphere. This room is very dimly lit in some areas. Audio plays a huge part in the room. Very great puzzles, all pretty well integrated, though some appeared to be fairly well worn. Very challeging room overall. Some of the puzzles do take dedicated time to solve. Might be the closest to spooky room that I've been in, though I've helped run home haunts, so nothing really phases me.

Fun game if you like to add a bit of thrill to your challenges. There are some unique puzzles that will put your group to the test. Would rate this as a medium level game if your are experienced. The game has a great flow to it.

I loved this room and I don’t even like scary things. The puzzles were wonderful, none of them were super complicated, just time consuming and very logical. Would say this is a hard level and would have at least 3 people.

Atmosphere, production value, and game flow were all great. Hollywood Hotel never seems to disappoint. With the Attic, there are no actors, but there is quite a bit that will “scare” you. The puzzles were very intuitive, and with 3 people we just got out. That being said, there wasn’t much we got hung up on, just a lot to get through. I would def have a minimum of 3 people for this. All in all, very well done, very fun.

I enjoyed the theme to this room. The props were really good. The clues connected very well. Always enjoy this location when we visit California. I always enjoy the creepiness!

It was very creepy! I liked the puzzles 🧩 they were smart we managed to escape 2 seconds before the end! The room had some technical issues in the begging but it was very well done production! Also you get a passport in every room you visit!

If you love scary and spooky dark rooms, this is the one for you ! Probably the hardest in the Hollywood hotel rooms, would recommend 4 people
