The concept of the game was great, and the design of the room was on par. However there were too many hiccups with the mechanics to enjoy this room. A lock being broken and some puzzles were not intuitive
Gameplay
Mechanically it struggled - one lock didn’t open with the correct code because you had to yank it, a key was stuck on a puzzle. Both times stopped the experience. And one puzzle didn’t logically flow.
Atmosphere
The design was cute, and well themed.
Customer service
Our GM didn’t respond well or help us out when he saw us struggling - he waited until we asked for a hint.
