This game was brilliant from start to finish. The puzzles were designed in a way that my entire team had to work both solo and then as a team. What made this game so amazing also was our game master, Rene. He showed us the inner workings after and his passion for the game and the room was so inspiring. I’ll definitely be back to play the other two rooms!

We didn't know about this place until we got a recommendation from another escape room to try this place out. So we rearranged our schedule and made time to stop out and IM SO GLAD WE DID! This game really made you think and there was definitely plenty of puzzles to keep you busy and then.........y'all..... I can't tell you what happened but there's a part of the game that will blow your mind. This is definitely a must play room!

Everything flowed awesomely and felt connected to the story and the mission! A-lot of fun things that required communication and team work!
Atmosphere
Definitely felt like we were in more than just an observatory but more like the world of our distressed Professor! Loved the effects and omg… I won’t give it away but the part almost towards the end…. BRAVO!
Customer service
Rene and his crew was absolutely amazing! We were traveling from PA and they even accommodated our time for us, which gave us more time to play a second room! We got to talk for a little and they showed us their other rooms and gave us some back stage secrets! We felt right at home!

This game was definitely interesting! It may be a little difficult for first timers but the crew was very helpful with hints!

I loved the story! And the small bits of humor throughout the game were a fun touch and added to the elements of the story and its characters.

Quite a nice room. Lots of puzzles with unique mechanisms and they made good use of the physical space. There were some puzzles that felt a little frustratingly arbitrary but overall I’d recommend a visit.

This room had me from the start and never let me go. I am a sucker for rooms with a lot to do. I like lots of puzzles, lots of locks of all types, and lots of attention to detail. This room has all of that and more. The only complaint I have about this entire establishment is that they don’t have enough rooms. You can see and feel the effort and enthusiasm the owner puts into every aspect of these rooms. Here’s to hoping he can start designing other venues rooms 😆 🤞

We were able to have the owner as our GM and he was so accommodating and helpful to our group, even giving us suggestions to other escape room companies. We will definitely be going back to do the only room we didn’t have time for.

The Gate Escape is one of the many must play games in Massachusetts. This is a unique game with some wonderful gameplay and great twists. The owner is awesome and we consider him a friend. It’s worth traveling to Mass for escape games and The Gate Escape is one of the main reasons why.

Some of the best gameplay I have ever encountered. A wonderful mix of physical puzzles and layered challenges.

Much more character than most office games, with a unique twist that must be seen to be believed.
