One of the worst rooms I have done. Some of the puzzles were broke, others required guessing. Set was minimal.

Honesty over politeness when it comes to this room and company. By far the worst room I have ever done in my over 150 rooms. The props were broken, the GM was not attentive at all unless you count “just guess” as help and I would not recommend at all. Run actually as far away as you can from here. I’m not exaggerating or being sarcastic either.

One lockbox was already open. Easiest and first clues weren’t used to very end and were for the side game so it threw us off. A couple puzzles we figured out without even using the clues which also threw us off because we kept trying to solve them even though we already got to the next step. It was one of the hardest rooms we’ve ever done but also the most frustrating because nothing made sense. Made us laugh at how frustrating and hard this room was but we won’t be going back here to do any other rooms.
Gameplay
Very awkward clues and connections that you’re supposed to make. This room could use some refining after user testing.
Atmosphere
Not the highest quality set but it did have pretty cool tech parts and triggers.
Customer service
They were nice but when we first asked for a clue, it was about ten minutes before he came because he was busy larping. Also the first time we went there they had overbooked and we couldn’t play but they were very nice by refunding and giving us a gift certificate.
