As this was my first introduction to Quest Rooms, I thoroughly enjoyed how the GM provided a great set up. The immersion began even before we stepped into the room! The set design was amazing and had great production value. The puzzles to be honest were a bit disappointing, with a red herring thrown in there somewhere. Like others have suggested, this plays as more of an adventure with mini side quests to complete. Overall though, still a decent room, however maybe not the strongest one that Quest Room offers.
Gameplay was overall very mixed. Again, as other enthusiasts have noted; this game plays as more of an adventure and was not too puzzle heavy. There are also some red herrings. The puzzles themselves were not challenging, but at times we did need gentle shoves to confirm we were on the right track.
Set design was definitely a strength, you feel immersed as if you’re deep in an Egyptian tomb complete with hidden chambers!
Our GM was one of the best we’ve experienced so far. He definitely got into character and set up the story for your adventure very well.
No
The theme of attempting to escape a cursed Egyptian tomb was not unique, but albeit shouldn’t deter you completely from playing!
Again, the GM was probably the best at setting up the story for you to get amped to enter this Egyptian tomb and find the red giant! However the story tended to get lost upon exploration
Medium
Can be completed with 2 experienced enthusiasts, a group of 3-4 may be better if escapists are beginners
High tech
Very high-tech. No physical locks and keys in this room.
3
There are some points in the game where a group larger than 4 would feel quite cramped. I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a lot of ground to cover, it’s more of a space issue
Not scary
No jump scares in this room.

Everything was in working order.
No
Not at all
Some spaces may be tight and possibly difficult to maneuver, but there is no climbing or crawling.
No
Again, a little difficult to find when you’re driving on the street, however the company will send you an email with easy to follow directions on where to park
Limited
Parking is very limited, only a few spots in the back lot. If you can, it’s best to carpool.

Went as a group of 2 and really enjoyed this room. The puzzles were varied in design and type of problem-solving, the immersion was solid, there were lots of things to explore, and we escaped with 15 minutes to spare. I can't speak to how experts will like it, but we are avid puzzle-solvers and found this to be challenging but we were never stumped or asked for a hint. The game master, Zach, did speak to us a few times near the end when it looked like we were going off in the wrong direction, but we probably could have figured it out without him. He was fantastic too. I'm sensitive to horror themes and jumpscares and found this room pleasantly spooky, like a haunted house, but not scary. I'm excited to try more rooms from this company!

2 was perfect. I can imagine a bigger group might feel a little cramped in some of the areas.
Spooky
Claustrophobia warning. Some darkness, no violence, a few startling moments but not jumpscares. Spooky like a haunted house.

Some of the elements involving tombs, mummies, etc. felt a little adult.

I needed to squat down and pick things up, bend over for extended looks at things at calf level, and there were a few objects that were heavier than I expected to need to lift.
No
Accessible by doorbell in the back of the location, no street entrance.

Well themed with some fun puzzles, but wasn’t as challenging as I had hoped. It’s nice set design but nothing wow. Best part was our GM who was fun and non-intrusive. Solid room overall!

This room was fun, had a surprise ending that I’m sure trips up a majority of people. I’d definitely recommend!

Very fun room. Lots of puzzles, great tech and atmosphere. Side note: Be careful where you park, especially for PM games it's not a great area and the GM had his car really messed up by a homeless man behind the store.

This was the first room I’ve done with Quest. It’s location is a little sketchy so I’d avoid this location at night. The first thing I noticed when we entered the room was the production quality. The storytelling from our host/actor, Ryan, elevated this experience! Bravo! The puzzles were great but but most of them felt more like tasks. It was definitely on the easier side but it was soo much fun and satisfying. We also love Egyptian themed rooms and there’s not a whole lot out there.

This location is a little sketchy. Make sure you don’t leave anything in the car. NOW-for the room - really cool!! The set up and intro set the scene, the game master was on point and the opening room immersed you in the theme right away! Puzzles were interesting and moved you logically through the space-the ending was great! This room feels next gen with the tech and second gen with the tasks. Over all I felt satisfied when I finished this room. It’s doable with 2 ppl. 4 ppl would still have fun. 5 got crowded. Beginners to advanced players will have fun here.
