Pretty linear with solid puzzles. The overall theme is a little lacking, if that’s your thing. Still very enjoyable for the puzzles alone.

This room has some great puzzles in this doomsday themed room. The narrative was a lot of fun as well. There was one puzzle we got stuck on for a long time,(an audio puzzle), which is a real grind if you are not great at recognising sounds. Production quality was high, would recommend.

Great room. Especially for first timers. Some of the probs were a little worn down, but nothing that ruins the room too much.

Gameplay

Puzzles were well done. Pretty linear set up. A great room for beginners.

Atmosphere

A little wear and tear with some of the props. Probably could be passed off with the theme, but a little love to them might be good. Otherwise, it definitely sets a scene.

Customer service

Very friendly.

A few puzzles I’ve never done.

Just some crouching, but nothing crazy.

Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible, colorblind will have some issues, hearing impaired will as well. Room is dim.

Easy to find location

Yes

It’s part of sky scraper building of suites. Once you find the entrance, it’s not too bad, but a little bit confusing. Keep that in mind when considering time. They have plenty of waiting space with tables, so you can come fairly early.

A very good room! Set was immersive and there was a real flow of puzzles in this room. I played this with my son who has little experience with escape rooms and wanted him to experience as much of the room as possible. I talked with the game master, Charlie, before the game to let her know that our goal was to experience the room not necessarily to “win” and Charlie did a fantastic job of keeping us paced but allowing us to figure it out on own (or so it felt). This wasn’t my favorite theme but the puzzles were great and staff was even better!

LOVED this room. It’s a good entry point into doing the more difficult Carbon room at this same location. This room is extremely high quality and immersive, and the puzzles are very well conceived. Nothing in this room seemed superfluous nor unfair. Although we were able to get through this room without clues, I would classify this room as more difficult than not, especially if you’re new to escape rooms. We did End of Days (B)

30 escape rooms

An extremely tightly designed room, perfect for 2-3 people. The flow is linear but in a way that allows you to focus on one or two puzzles at a time instead of remembering you had found something for a new puzzle 20m later (not necessarily a bad thing — just a little trickier with less people or strangers who don’t communicate). Also chock full of creative puzzles; a refreshing change of pace from 30 padlocks!

Gameplay

Linear, which is perfect for 2 players so there’s not too much to juggle (eg remembering there’s 3 object you haven’t used and tying them to a puzzle 20m later). Light on padlocks and directional locks which made the puzzles a refreshing change of pace.

Atmosphere

Excellent sound design, sets and theming were very well done with nothing looking out of place or sloppy.

Editorial

  • All the puzzles were different. Not all brain puzzles, some we had to use a bit of our imagination.
