122 escape rooms
I’m a fairly experienced player (have played nearly 80 games), and this was hands down the worst room I’ve ever played. It didn’t flow at all. The puzzles didn’t really make much sense, and the GM was terrible. She gave vague clues that didn’t really help (and in some cases, she made it worse because her “guidance” wasn’t correct/was contradictory). She seemed irritated that we even needed help at all. In most rooms, I rarely need to ask for any hints — maybe one or two nudges and that’s it. But in this room, we needed to ask for help on almost every single puzzle. Also, the room didn’t have a timer showing in the room nor did it have any sounds that helped you keep track of time. So in addition to it being a terrible room with a terrible GM, you had to keep track of your time yourself. Avoid this place at all costs.
Gameplay
Atmosphere
The props themselves were decent and aligned with the theme but that was about the only positive thing I can say about this room.
Customer service
The guy who was working the desk was nice. However, the GM seemed super annoyed anytime we needed help. The puzzles didn’t make sense and didn’t flow well at all. Instead of helping us, she’d give us a vague, cryptic “hint” that didn’t help at all.

Expert
It should not have been a fraction as hard as it was but nothing made sense at all. I’ve played 70+ games and have seen a wide variety of puzzles, and struggled with pretty much every single puzzle in this room. Not because of its actual difficulty, but because it was such a poorly planned/executed room.

It’s in the middle of a mall.

Easy
The website said to park between Medieval Times and Burlington but it would’ve been closer to park at the food court entrance.
