32 escape rooms
I’m absolutely blown away that a game like this could have ever existed. This game absolutely redefined the escape room universe. It had some of the best sets I’ve seen in my life, replayable puzzles, incredible special effects, and an ending that made me feel like I was on a theme park ride. This game was absolutely revolutionary and I do hope it comes back in some form.
Completely in storyworld, clever, replayable puzzles. Above all else, fun.
Akin to a Universal Studios or Disney ride. Every little detail looks incredible.
The experience does have an employee coming along with you as a guide/actor, and some are much better than others. (They are NOT your game master; the entire experience is run by computer.)
Yes
Very unlike a traditional escape room. I’m not even sure it is one. Also, none of the game is run by a human. A computer controls everything.
Unlike other escape rooms, the story never drops throughout the experience. It’s like being in a movie.
Easy
Puzzles are supposed to be on the easier side by design. It’s not about the challenge, it’s about the experience.
High tech
No locks or codes in the entire game.
4
Spooky
Moments of pitch black darkness, creepy environments, and a simulated giant squid attack (I will spoiler this if the game becomes available again).
6
Puzzles are designed for any age. Still, it might be scary for some kids.
