The Secret

Puzzles were decent but not particularly connected. Theme seemed kind of like an afterthought, but game mechanics were interesting. We wasted about 5 mins on one puzzle that turned out hadn’t been reset correctly, so when we solved it there was just an empty safe and we couldn’t figure out what to do with it. GM didn’t bother to tell us we had solved the puzzle and to move on bc it was a mistaken reset, which was annoying to find out after the fact. Otherwise it was ok, wouldn’t do it with escape room novices bc of the lack of flow, but for those who just enjoy doing escape puzzles it was good.

The mechanics in the room were very impressive. I think have one more player would’ve helped.

Enjoyed this room more than other one. Enthusiasts can do with 2-3. Room has a lot of puzzles to do that weren’t super hard. The puzzles were a bit disjointed in that it didn’t really connect to the storyline as much. Still recommend for people to try!
