The Cells

The customer service could of been better, i didn’t feel like they cared enough for our experience. if that was my first time i probably wouldn’t be interested in coming back. all hints are displayed on a screen instead of over a speaker which is fine if that was communicated in the beginning.

I had fun in this escape room. I will say the spaces were huge and had plenty of room. This was my first experience we’re clues were typed on the monitor instead of being spoken by the game master through a mic. It was a little off putting running back to a room with a monitor to read the clues. I didn’t like the customer service at this location. It seemed they may have been understaffed.

This room is enormous (although it doesn’t have as many puzzles as the size of the space might make you think, the size of the physical space is quite surprising for an escape room). The story is not particularly unusual or surprising, but there are some good puzzle and props, and if nothing else it’s just nice to play a room every now and then where you can take a decent number of friends and not feel like you’re all crammed into a tiny box. Recommended.

This one was our first time being split up and working as a ‘separate team’. It was a very cool theme and we all enjoyed the sizeable rooms! The puzzles are not as obvious as some other rooms we’ve done and you need to be really really aware of ALL THE THINGS. :)

Overall, I liked this room. There’s always a lot of excitement when you open new areas, and that happens often here. However, the puzzles were pretty linear making it feel like there wasn’t enough for us to do (with only 6 people). Also, the set design could have been improved. There was a lot of empty space and several things were damaged.

The biggest room we’ve played so far

First off this room was massive. Easily the largest I have ever seen. 6 separate rooms, all well designed. Had fun, the extra 15 minutes helped make the size of the rooms manageable.
