So you finally made it out of the house... but was it a better idea to stay indoors? After escaping The Study, and running downstairs, you find yourself in the mudroom of the Tandy home. One more door stands between you and your freedom, right? Wrong. Once outside, you find yourself in Edward's cold and dark courtyard surrounded by a 14-foot tall wooden fence. Edward's daughter Lilly once resided in the trailer in the Courtyard, but she's long gone. Painfully, she was forced to leave someone she loved behind. Will you be able to save Lilly's lover Quinn, or will the officer perish while you try and escape? The Courtyard is by far our most ambitious room to date. Like, Chapter 1: The Basement, The Courtyard is a non-linear funnel puzzle with multiple paths that must be traversed by different members of the group.

Of the four games at the Basement this would be my second place, great environment, good non linear puzzles, overall very solid. Best use of the live actor of the 3 games containing one, all in all solid, nothing mind blowing, but nothing inherently problematic like The Basement and The Study.

Loved this room. One of my top for sure. I’m a big baby when it comes to scares, and this was totally manageable- spooky but not scary. Really interesting and satisfying puzzles that don’t feel like puzzles at first. Great flow and awesome set. This was my first at The Basement (my team had done the other rooms) but I didn’t feel like I missed anything by doing them out of order.

Super creepy with live actors. Fun crawl space too. Was like a Hollywood set

One of the best escape rooms I’ve done. Able to accommodate and preferred a group of 6-10. Had a group of 8. The play area was large, multiple areas, live spooky actors. The puzzles were challenging and there were multiple to divide amongst the group. Live actor was amazing and all staff we super nice to us.

This room requires a lot of teamwork and a lot of people working on different tasks at a time. It was definitely spooky and had a live actor! It wasn’t as scary as the other rooms but still scary! I loved the design of the room and how each puzzle fit perfectly and was very immersive!

We did the dead and breakfast package where you get to do all 4 escape rooms back to back. This worked for us since our team loves out of area. This one in particular was pretty expansive and had very challenging puzzles. It also was pretty realistic since it included a live actor. Really well done set design.
Very challenging! Required team effort
Nice set design!
Awesome staff

Some climbing. But lots of expansive back and forth.

Out of all the chapters, this one is my favorite. Fun puzzles, large enough for people to separate. I’ve done this twice with two different groups because there were huge chunks I didn’t even get to look at. Love interacting with the actors. You don’t have to do the other ones for this to make sense. We did this with 5 people and a comfortable amount of time felt. Don’t remember exactly.

This last room was nice because of how the created the ambience. It was very high tech in the room and some puzzles were linear in nature but you could have solved more than one puzzle if the group separated. It was a hard room for sure, we gave the actor a good nap!! We also made it to the last puzzle and the gamemaster stated that we did make it out, just needed a tool to hasten something but we were doing it the slow way. The actor was funny and cute hahaha, glad he enjoyed his short time playing. I really liked how they made it feel like we were outdoors.

This was the best use of a live actor I have EVER experienced. I normally shy away from experiences that use live actors, but took a chance on this one. 10/10, I loved this room.
