A MILLION WAYS IN, ONE WAY OUT The year is 1955. You’ve been wrongfully accused of a crime, and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole. Your new “home” is a cell that once belonged to an inmate who disappeared without a trace…or did he? Some claim he escaped. Others swear he was murdered by the infamously cruel warden. But no one actually knows… can you escape before you suffer the same fate?

Great escape room experience! Played with a group of 6 and there was a decent amount for each of us to do. The room was somewhat linear at times though and we were waiting for people to finish one thing. Definitely need a group with good communication for this one! Overall, the story was pretty straightforward, great set design, and a lot of fun props! Would highly recommend :)

I honestly think my girlfriend and I would’ve enjoyed this game a lot more if we went with our usual group but that’s okay. There was still good things about this room like actually feeling like you were trying to break out of prison! It is a very hard room so I would suggest a group of about 5-6 because a lot of communication is needed for the beginning! There were a ton of puzzles as well so there a lot to figure out. There was somewhat of physical activity but this can be avoided if someone doesn’t want to. Definitely a great game to check out I’m really excited to try the other games at this company!

This is the best jail break escape room I have played. The set design and even down to the game soundtrack was amazing. They did a really good job on this one. This one definitely gave us a run for our money. Makes your brain work

The game does require crawling at one point and does involve colors. May be difficult for those with color blindness, but it is not overly color heavy

I feel like the prison theme is used a lot because it embodies what an escape room should feel like. TEG has consistently “wow”ed us with their production value. The set design, tech, and puzzles synergize and elevate the satisfaction of the escape. There is a mix of old and new ER tech and along with some activities that go against what we know about escape rooms. So far this was the most challenging room I’ve done from TEG. It was also late and I was under the weather. Jay was our host and was beyond friendly and made sure we had a great time. Jay also offered to give us a tour of one of the rooms but we opted out because it was passed out bedtime.

My favourite room from The Escape Game overall having done about half of them. Of all the split start rooms I've done so far, I think this one required the most communication. Each room has a ton of puzzles and you may have to go back and forth between rooms depending on if you missed anything. I loved the ending. There's some puzzles that require a bit of dexterity, and there was one specific puzzle I would've never figured out because of typical escape room etiquette which are my only knocks.
The gamemaster graciously gave our group of two an extra 5 minutes so that we would be able to finish.

Omg! You really need to think outside the box for this one! The beginning was so much different that all the escape rooms I’ve done. I feel like I would do this room again. My second favorite room next to playground

Maybe it was the group I was with, maybe it was the room, but overall I was not a fan of this room. It wasn’t difficult it just…was. I didn’t care for the theme or the story and the progression was a bit odd. I would definitely recommend the other games at The Escape Game over this one.
