Very fun and competitive room! I really like the Omescape Sunnyvale location. It's one of their newest location and has a great amount of space for their rooms. Each room I've played here so far has great production design and area size. I loved the team vs team concept. There have been other escape rooms where head to head means starting two identical room at the same time. That may be fun, but this is definitely where it's at. I love loved that you can "sabotage" the other team in various ways. And the GM is in and out of the game too. It helps add another layer of immersion to the game. Really fun, really competitive, great space & design. If you don't go over the game with the other group you go against. You can play again as the other group. So, you can potentially play this room twice to do a whole different set of puzzles. I highly recommend it.

My first ever escape room. Led me down this rabbit hole. I enjoyed it. Loved the puzzles and set. Both teams had a different set of puzzles to complete along with optional personal puzzles. The competitive aspect is really cool. Even if one team falls behind, there’s still a sabotage system along with opportunities to catch-up so it’s not one-sided all the way through.

This was the room I’ve done with a competitive head to head aspect in it, that wasn’t just a copy of the same room each team did. The 2 teams were in the same room, completing different puzzles, and also all had their own optional personal puzzle you can complete as well. There were a ton of puzzles in the room to do, and having the other team also rushing around really built up the tension and pressure to win! A lot of fun all around!

WOW this game was just plain fun. The competitive aspect is really really cool and well made, giving plenty of opportunity for catchup and a sabatoge system that is useful but not overwhelming. This room also packs an insane amount of puzzles into an insanely detailed environment that has tons of great in-world interactions. The only recommendation I have is that the first "round" can end before a bunch of side puzzles are solved - so I would have made a gentlemans agreement to not trigger that until everyone was ready. Other then that, this was an amazing game, especially if you can play with other enthusiasts!

Great competitive game for larger groups but the main puzzles can leave others left with only optional (but valuable puzzles). These optional puzzles allow a sabotage mechanic but it was difficult to divvy up the puzzles as they were assigned to individuals and it became awkward to support others if you completed yours. My coworkers had a wonderful time and this was one of the few escape games that could work with so many people. This was a great game - the set often looked overworked but everything was working and functional. Game Master was good.

Extremely innovative and competitive gameplay with multiple rounds that have teams accomplishing set objectives before the opposing gang can. The set is absolutely HUGE, probably the largest out of all the games I’ve played so far. This game can take up to 12 players and I think it really would be more fun with more people due to the sabotage aspect, where each player has their own personal puzzle to hinder the other team. A negative is that the losing team probably won’t get the satisfaction of completing all of their puzzles. Also, it could be a bit demoralizing if the other team is dominating the entire time. This game has high replay value as the opposing gangs have separate puzzle paths, even though you are all playing in a huge space.

This was a great game with an innovative competitive dynamic. Two teams conpeye against each other in the same space. Each team has a different set of puzzles - puzzles seemed similar, though differently themed. Competition was set up to compare scores multiple times, not just at the end of the game, which added tension. Even the losing team could still escape. This is a great game. How much you like it will depend on how much you like the competitive dynamic. Overall, I didn’t love the competition but still had a lot of fun and appreciate how good a game this is! Recommended
