We enjoyed the theme and loved that we had to use all our senses to solve the puzzles! One puzzle we solved by “accident”, so I’m not sure what the clue really meant. Another puzzle we missed one of the combo clues, but figured it out by deductive reasoning really quickly. Unfortunately we spent a large majority of time on two separate clues and ended up having to ask for a hint on one that should have been so easy. 🤦🏼♀️ Overall a great time and super friendly staff!!
This was such a fun concept to “escape” from - the prize at the end was delicious!

The trigger to open the first door did not want to work correctly but the team was able to instruct us to open the door ourselves.

Kind of hidden and the door to enter the building doesn’t have a labeled buzzer, so you do have to call the number in your confirmation email to be let into the building.

This room wasn’t mind blowing but it was super cute! Great story and manageable puzzles for younger players or escape room beginners! Still fun for seasoned players but not very challenging.
This was so cute! Not super impressive or immersive but such a cute concept and really enjoyable.
Not very immersive or impressive but really suitable to the story. Does enough to be fun but not enough to be mind blowing.
The game master was nice and helpful while we were in the room.

The concept was unique and the execution was decent enough.
Very cute! Great for younger escape room enthusiasts!
Easy
This room was very linear and the order of puzzles made a lot of sense. Additionally, the individual puzzles weren’t too difficult.
Mechanical
There weren’t a lot of high tech elements in this room.

Doable with less than four players but too cramped with more than 4 players.

This room was absolutely delightful. Your team is competing in a Cupcake Bake-Off, but you've been locked in a test kitchen by your competition. You must escape AND decorate cupcakes before time elapses. Comes with a cupcake for each player to enjoy!
This was just a lot of fun. It flowed well, involved all five senses, and I found myself just smiling the whole time.
Sandy, our GM, was a delight.

We found this pretty easy...we got out in about half the available time.
Mechanical
It was a mix of the two...but felt more mechanical than high tech.

The space here is TIGHT. I can't imagine more than three people playing...we did just fine with two.

Good room for beginners, but experienced gamers will finish it too quickly. Fun theme, however!

I think if you’re looking for an escape room to bring a child on, I think this one would be a great one to pick. I don’t think they’d solve puzzles on their own (the puzzles I think are challenging even for adults), but the interactions and imagination of the puzzles and room I think are ones that kids will enjoy being guided through. The staff was really fun in getting us started in the room and taking the story. We got cupcakes at the end.
The staff was friendly and fun when introducing the story for the room. We didn’t need hints, so not sure on the clue giving.

Clever multi-sensory puzzles. One of my favorite games to date. Game master and her daughter were sweet as pie.

Super fun room. It is perfect for beginners and kids but also fun for experienced escapers. I appreciated the different angle of the goal not being to escape but to bake. It’s the great NYC baking challenge after all! Puzzles were fun and it was an overall relaxing room. And you just might get to eat what you bake…IF…you escape! 😊😋🧁

“While it shined conceptually, the execution fell short of stellar..The puzzles…were of spotty quality“
