It’s 9 pm at the Panthers sports complex in Jacksonville, FL, when you meet a reporter by the name of Skip Robertson. Skip’s uncovered some concerning news about the Duval Panthers football team. He has compelling evidence that the tyrannical General Manager, Com Toughlin, has been making back door deals with a famous European capital. All he needs is the proof – That’s where you come in. With the help of a whistleblower security guard, you and your team will infiltrate the locker room during game time. The mission: Break into Com’s office and get the proof. You have about 60-minutes to get in and out before the training staff returns. Will you be the hero Duval needs? Or is it slammer-time? (Any Similarity to Persons Living or Dead is Purely Coincidental)

Awesome Room with a different concept. The ambience is great, totally immersive. You feel really inside a locker room. Puzzles were not hard, but expect different experiences in this room. Somethings in the room are different from every other room I’ve ever did. Prototype has a very friendly staff!

Locker Room is a creative concept physically and visually. Joe was a great game master and welcomed our team once again with open arms.

We played the locker room and we had a blast!! Easily one of my favorite rooms ever!! The puzzles were challenging but not impossible and the room kept you engaged. Had a blast!! Highly recommend!!

Don’t really review much of anything but really wanted to give Joe and his team at Prototype one of the biggest thank you. My girlfriend and I still new to the escape game lifestyle, probably played right at or a little under 10 total at 8 different locations from Jacksonville to Orlando to Tampa (Florida’s Bermuda Triangle if you will) but there is not one quiet like Prototype! Not to go too much into context but your not just going to Prototype for the room, you’ll be going to be entertained! The major factor other than the game itself that I enjoy is the staff atmosphere. Joe’s staff today really was fantastic and really looked happy to be there unlike some “x” places you’ll find yourself with the staff just doing the job to get it done. Lastly I want to share some respect to the boss man himself, Joe I respect how much you love your business and what you do, today you looked exhausted but man did you put forth the effort in entertaining us and making sure we enjoyed our time! Definitely excited to come back for Dog Days and Catacombs!

This is what an escape room is supposed to be. If you are someone who cares about the story, this is the room of your dreams. If you don’t usually care much about the story, then get ready to start caring. You also do not have a timer for much of the game and it takes away a ton of the usual stress so that you can focus on the puzzles.
The puzzles are amazing. They are different and make sense with the story. We loved it because you are actually solving puzzles, rather than standing around doing math for an hour.
The set was top tier. It is extremely immersive and very well done. You can tell that there was a lot of time and effort put into it. It was also very different than your typical escape game.

This escape room integrates the story PERFECTLY. EVERYTHING makes sense with the story and the story is so immersive you want to know what happens next. Prototype Escape Games is by far the best escape game when it comes to story!!!

Enjoyed the theme and some cute puzzles in this one! Storyline was straightforward and well integrated; GM and owners were attentive and friendly. Good for sports fans or anyone looking for a fun room to do that has space for a larger group, but could easily be done with a smaller group of enthusiasts.
Puzzles were fairly straightforward— mostly observation based. Two puzzles specifically stood out as ones I hadn’t seen before, which was a nice touch.
Set was appropriately themed, clean, and nice. We did have a puzzle fail to function properly, but we accomplished it correctly and the owner let us see it work after completing the room.
GM Whitney was lovely and the owners are super nice! Made us feel welcomed and cared for, as they saw we were doing 2 of their rooms back to back.

Plot made sense and was thoroughly integrated in all of the room’s chambers. It was done in ways that were themed appropriately and didn’t seem too out-of-place.

Tech was done well for puzzles and rooms! The speakers are a little quiet for clues/hints, so I had a hard time hearing even when all of our team was quiet. Clues/hints are audio only.

A very unique game in the area and certainly worth trying! It is certainly a cool reflection of and reference to the city it is in. Jacksonville has no other room that is quite so tailored to it.
