This is a great theme to use for an escape room, and this place was the first to do it! We were all in awe when we walked in and knew we shouldn’t chug it down. You’re in Christine’s dressing room!!! And this place did a good job bringing it to life. This is a huge treat to all musical fans, especially Phantom fans. The puzzles worked great for the storyline and a bit on the easier side. I would like to see more upgrades to this and more chapters!!!

There are tradition ER themes and then there is this. I have never seen or heard the phantom of the opera story but this room told that story for me. Room was well done. The room is on the smaller side and if you bring more than 4 it might be a little cramped. Very fun and interesting room.

Set design was very nice, puzzle flow continued to build the story telling which was pretty impressive. Room was small but seems to be the norm at this company. A room worth doing for sure, but just didn’t have an over the top wow factor to give it a heart instead of thumbs up. The best Harry Potter room we’ve done, and as much as you’re like lady, you’ve gone off your rocker, this is a Phantom of the Opera room, you may laugh and understand my review better once you progress in this room.

Amazing set design with key elements that Phantom fans will absolutely appreciate. I liked how it built upon itself yet there were many immersive puzzles. Almost like in some ways you are on stage playing the characters! There were two things that excited me to no end but I am such an adamant non spoiler so I will keep 🤐. I wish they would do a Les Miserables one!!!🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

There were technical issues the night we were scheduled. Due to this and the fact I was in from out of state, they opened up on a Tues when they are normally closed AND gave us our choice of times. Our GM was super enthusiastic and took a lot of time with us afterwards talking about this room and more!

The story follows the books equal which made the story experience unique. Beautiful decor. Great use of a small space. All the puzzles fit. This owner will work with you to fit extra games within their schedule. They made me and my wife’s anniversary very special.

I love the movie phantom of the opera so this room seemed like a must. It was a lot of fun, fit the theme of the movie as well as had a good creep factor that just added to the experience. Some of the puzzles got a little confusing, we hit a few pauses but got through the whole room.
