You and your friends check-in to the once lavish and now eerie, decrepit and spooky “Hellspire Hotel.” It seems that you are the only living occupants left, although the lobby is bustling with supernatural activity in the form of possessed portraits, haunted elevators and a telephone switchboard that connects you to other dimensions. The only way out is to solve puzzles, mysteries and clues left by supernatural spooks and playful poltergeists. Are you up for the challenge? Haunted Hotel is one of the best escape rooms in America with several multi-motion animations, CGI effects, high-tech puzzles, Hollywood detail and a multi room escape. Check-in… but you may never check-out. This room is appropriate for players of all ages of players.

My least favorite room in this location. A very well done theme once again but the puzzles were infuriating. Having animatronics expose the story is one thing but having to wait for them to say their whole voice line to understand a puzzle got very annoying very quickly.

I found the room to be challenging, but mostly due to the amount of puzzles and, for a few, kinda poor design. We were a team of 4, 2 of which were in their first escape room. Most puzzles we had no problem with, but there were 2 that had some, I think design flaws is the beat way to put it. We had to get help with those 2 as there was no way we would have moved forward on our own with them. Overall, great room and great experience. We will be returning for other rooms.
Overall it was fun. There were a few puzzles that I did not care for, but most were very cleaver and well done.

Nothing broken, per say, but there were “hints” left via dry erase marker on some of the props and outside noise from other parts of the facility did cause some distractions.
