Space For Rent

This is one of the worst escape rooms I’ve done. The staff was not welcoming and seemed like they did not want us to be there. We got 3 sentences of intro and then the time started. We barely even knew what we were looking for. The game did not flow well and it was very unclear where codes and solutions belonged to. We didn’t even realize we escaped because we thought there was no way we were actually done. The staff rushed us out of the room, didn’t give us a chance to ask questions, made us take our photo very quickly and then left us alone in the lobby. They didn’t even ask if we enjoyed the room. I’ve played with this company before and that experience was fine, but after this I don’t plan on coming back.

The room had a puzzle that we hated that were a bit time consuming and annoying. Clues were pretty delayed as well. Had a different gamemaster in a different room here that was great so won’t write off the establishment as a whole.

This room is down on my list of favorite games. It involved both mechanical and high tech puzzles which is great when the flow is nice. One high tech puzzle was difficult to achieve which made it difficult to continue onto other things. Hopefully you’ll have better luck than I did! 🙂

This game has puzzle flow issues. We spoke with the game master afterwards, there are multiple puzzles where there is no clueing so you’re guessing or asking for hints. This venue is generally good but this game fell short
