Rugrats: Search For The Losted ToysThe Escape GameEscape roomIRLThis was a great example of reusing a game for another purpose - you can see the bones of the normal adventure (Playground) underneath, but it really feels like an unique adventure that stands up under its own merit.
Train RobberyCyber Raccoon Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis was a great journey. Not all of the puzzles are clear about how you solve them - at least two boiled down to either “guess and check” or “I guess this as good a place to start as any.” Overall, though, definitely recommend.
Poe's ChamberEscape Room ArlingtonEscape roomIRLThis was a solidly done game with a few unexpected moments. I loved the literary ties (almost a necessity with a Poe-themed room).
Dragon Tower [VR]Atomic Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLOverall, a great experience. It was very different from a “physical” escape room, but still had puzzles to solve and things to think through. Ironically, I think the final portion had me moving around more than most normal escape rooms.
The Wizard's ApothecaryEscape Room Live Alexandria VAEscape roomIRLThis was such a great theme for a room, with several really neat puzzles to solve. The ending is a little lackluster, but the journey there is a blast. This is a great room if you’ve got kids with you, or really enjoy classic magic stories.
Dr. Whack’s Elixir Of LifeThe Escape Game DC: GeorgetownEscape roomIRLAn overall very creative room. I loved how much their was to do, rather than following a single path.
City ReserveCity 13Escape roomIRLThis was a really cool experience. I’m sure the individual pieces are fine, but it was definitely worth doing the whole thing in one go. And the staff was excellent.
