PlaygroundThe Escape GameEscape roomIRLEasily one of my favorite escape rooms! The puzzles were high tech, varied, and really fun (also a bit challenging). The setting & story were incredibly immersive, nostalgic, and a bit humorous. My husband and I made it out, but this room is better suited for a bigger group. Overall, you must try this room if you’re in the area!!
Magic LampGnome & RavenEscape roomIRLThe scenery, props, and high tech mechanics were phenomenal! Our GM stayed in character from the moment we met them up until our escape, too. They are also able to customize the room to accommodate different sized groups, different ages, and different skill levels. Our GM even upped the difficulty in the middle of the game when they realized that my husband and I had mistakenly chosen too low of a level. This room in particular was whimsical and had a charming, immersive storyline. I recommend it for kids and adults alike!
The Voyage of the Crimson RubyKwest Club Escape AdventuresEscape roomIRLI cannot get over how much I love this place!! The owner has a background in film and it shows. The use of an interactive GM was so cool. You have to check them out! This room is good for experienced players who want a little more of a challenge compared to the other room.
Gold RushOperation EscapeEscape roomIRLThis was an incredibly immersive, linear room. Howeverm what made this room stand out were the VERY unique puzzles that we've never seen before! The first room felt “expert” level, but it got a tad bit easier as it went along. I highly recommend stopping by up if you're up for a challenge!
Mayan Jungle RescueKwest Club Escape AdventuresEscape roomIRLThe intro to this room is something that I’ve never seen before! Plus the use of an interactive GM & the way they incorporate actors truly made this experience awesome. You have to check them out!!
ManhattanRiver City Escape RoomEscape roomIRLOverall this was a fun linear room! It wasn’t as intuitive in some parts and was definitely one of the more challenging rooms I’ve done. Still worth playing though!
Alice In WonderlandRiver City Escape RoomEscape roomIRLThis room is so magical! It’s a linear and relatively good mix of easy and challenging, plus it’s very engaging. I would have rated it manual, but there’s one thing that made me rate it high tech! I won’t spoil it though.
Algernon’s Shop of Magical GoodsRavenchase: Escape Room RVAEscape roomIRLAlgernons was the perfect mix of all aspects. It had equal amounts of high tech and mechanical puzzles, great mix of spooky and funny (especially for a chicken like me), and was really cool! There was one part/prop that made it kinda scary, and I would not recommend this room for kids. This whole place is so thrilling and immersive! There was even a staff member that came out from a hidden door when we were checking in. Go check them out! Note: this is considered their spooky/scary place, Gnome & Raven is their tame facility.
Wizard's CastleGnome & RavenEscape roomIRLOne of the best rooms we’ve played! Every detail from the GM to the set was in theme. Gnome & Raven outdid themselves with this whimsical, fun, and challenging room. No complaints at all.
Gold RushThe Escape Game - San AntonioEscape roomIRLThis is such a cool room! The atmosphere is outstanding and the puzzles are really engaging. Not to mention, one puzzle in particular really stands out. Definitely one of our all time favorite rooms.
