New Haven OrphanageConfundrum Escape RoomsEscape roomIRLAtmosphere was good. Heavily relies on darkness and loud sounds for scares, which is a bit annoying if you really enjoy puzzles. The puzzles were simple enough, but the splitting of clues into 2 streamlines seemed unnecessary and a little extra confusing. The only reason I would not come back was due to how loud the room was. We could hear other groups from a different escape room right beside us who would not stop screaming at us and trying to engage our group. There was rarely a point in the game where you could not hear other groups talking and screaming from other rooms which got pretty frustrating! If you are looking to actually escape a room, do not do rooms at this location. You do not escape, you just win and go back out through the door you came in. Mediocre experience.
