I had never done an in-person/live escape room before, but had a wonderful precious experience with a virtual room in the past. Curse of the Mayan Ruins was, in my estimation, the first of what will end up becoming a multitude of experiences in our future! It was quite immersive; fun and challenging without escalating to frustration; and innovative in its room design (from my novice expectations at least)! We had a blast, in no small part thanks to our profoundly delightful GM, Lexi, who was playful, friendly, adaptive, intelligent, and kind from the onset of welcoming and prepping us for the experience; guiding our explorations of the temple; and integral to our eventual victorious extraction and debriefing! I for one would very highly recommend her when booking any expedition!
