A Slice Of Crime: The Case Of John Dough [Outdoors]Improbable EscapesEscape roomIRLIf you haven’t done an outdoor escape room definitely give one of them a try at Improbable Escapes. They are a fun change of pace to a traditional room and walking around Kingston is gorgeous. If you have done one, I think this is pretty well par for the course of what to expect. Well done as all Improbable Escapes stuff is, but It’s hard to beat their indoor rooms when compared.

No locks in the room and everything we were doing (both in the puzzles and the solving) felt realistic to trying to work on a space ship. My only real complaint is most of the puzzles were in the “communicate with each other” umbrella of puzzles. A more diverse puzzle type would have been more interesting. Otherwise amazing room!

Code WhiteSeven Secrets Escape Room GamesEscape roomIRLSuper friendly staff but I’d recommend this room if you were in the area and their other rooms weren’t open. It doesn’t have high-tech construction or solves that one’s in the city often have, but for Collingwood it’s fine to scratch that itch. Their other two rooms are definitely better, this one felt lacklustre. Note that you need to book online, no walk-ins.
