The way they provide the clues are also very themed, with a live actor in the second half of the game. The puzzles played completely in to the theme and the theatrics increased the fun level. Also our actor was beyond amazing.

It was like they made the tech wonky just to make you have to kill time. It definitely took the fun out of the game, which stinks as I love the Bureau and their unique games.

It could have also been the other groups we were paired with as well because there was no communication between anyone. Even the actor in the room tried to help everyone and they wouldn’t listen. The theme of the outside building was absolutely flawless and so immersive.

Our game master had to tell us what we would have discovered and essentially give us answers as things weren’t working. We weren’t even offered a discount for a future experience or a partial refund for our experience. I wish I could have seen this in full force as I heard it was good. It was also weird there was only one flashlight and we could use our phones.
