Poe's Chamber

Poe’s Chamber is the most challenging game at this location. It is a well themed game with an appropriate set design and story. There were several puzzles that I thought were super cool and unique, but there were others that I wasn’t crazy about. Some cool concepts, but I do think they missed the mark on the execution of a couple things. Several surprise elements made the game dynamic and exciting. This was overall my second favorite game at ERA. Retro Replay is still my fav!

Great puzzle flow and good atmosphere.

This room was very well-themed and was super fun! The puzzles were engaging, though not particularly challenging for the most part. We had a blast!

I love Edgar Allen Poe. So, it was nice to do a Poe themed room.

This was a solidly done game with a few unexpected moments. I loved the literary ties (almost a necessity with a Poe-themed room).

This was a good game for beginners. Experienced players will breeze through the game.

My girlfriend and I really enjoy escape rooms and have this one high on our list. The atmosphere of the room was very well done and the game flowed well. Highly recommend to other escape room players, even though this game is definitely on the easier side. The only minor downfall was that some puzzles took longer to complete than we thought. 7.9/10

Amazing! I’m not even a fan of Poe and I loved this room! Lots of unique twists on standard puzzles. We struggled with the Morse code, but at least it was creatively done. Our game master was great!
