The room itself is well done. A couple of key locks but everything else is high tech.

Our GM was friendly enough but I am not a fan of nudges. I usually state this going into the room and forgot to this time. The GM constantly gave nudges. If we were close to finishing a puzzle, they would jump in and let us know how to finish. That is annoying and made the whole experience pretty bad.

Parking was across the street and it was paid.

Loads of puzzles and theming in one of the smaller games of this Location. It's amazing how souch is packed into the space provided.

Our game master paid great attention to our game and kept us from going down a rabbit hole when we had the right idea for one of the puzzles

Two experienced players or 3-4 non-experienced players. Best to split into two groups when able. One puzzle requires two players (or would just be very difficult for one).

Spooky atmosphere, couple jump-scares, creepy ending

Handicap-accessible for groups with at least one able-bodied player. Three color-related puzzles. A couple clues and all communication with the game master are audio-based.

No reserved parking for Gatlin’s. Must park in a public lot and walk/take a trolley to the escape room. We played early in the morning and had no trouble parking in a public lot directly across from the mall where Gatlin’s is located. Cost $20 to park for the whole day.

One person in the group needs to be able to crawl. There’s also a decent amount of bending over.

Gameplay is good. You don’t get private games here unless you buy the room but it’s never been an issue with us.

We’ve played 3 games here so far on different occasions. Each time we have been treated well and each game was good. Solid company.

Only one part was a little active but one person could easily do it.

Just park in a lot about a half block away. It’s paid parking but everything in Gatlinburg is so it’s not a big deal.
