Great atmosphere, smooth puzzle flow, some fun and challenging puzzles. It does get hot with no AC so prepare appropriately. Ending was anticlimactic and some puzzles could be tweaked to be stronger, but overall worth doing and is better than a lot of the other Orlando-area escape rooms (which is perhaps no surprise, being designed by Escape Ventures).
Loved 90% of the puzzles, and they were genuinely great with some giving a refreshing challenge. Not a huge fan of audio puzzles as it requires a bit of standing around. Would love more puzzles at the end.
Loved the props and scene. Felt very immersive. Some props could be upgraded to look less dollar-store.
Our GM was really nice! We did get unsolicited hints despite asking them not to, which made for a frustrating experience. They also do not seem too open to feedback, which I can understand.
Particularly interesting or different
Yes
The scenery is unique compared to most escape rooms.
Consistent story throughout, although it would be nice if it were a bit more engaging.
Some really nice puzzles that are difficult but not confusing.
a perfect mix of tech and mechanical.
Could also do this with 2.
spooky theming but not scary at all.

Accessibility
An audio puzzle. Narrower spaces that may not be accessible to certain mobility disabilities.
If you go at night, it's going to be confusing because the mall is closed and you need to drive to the back. Just follow google maps and look for the lit up door with a sign.
Parking everywhere out back.
