For years there have been rumors of a shadow girl scout troop operating in the Boston and Cambridge area. Over the last week, you’ve been earning your Automotive Engineering badges in the local auto body shop. Little did you know that the auto garage is owned by the high council of this shadow troop, and they have been covertly watching you. They have hand-picked you and your team to have the chance to join their secret society, and last night, each of you received a rare invitation to meet there today. You will have one hour to prove to them you have what it takes to earn the ultimate girl scout badge, and a coveted place in their troop.

Easily Red Fox’s best game, by far. Incredibly funny and unique storyline, amazing theming, and some of the most fun interactions I’ve ever had in an escape room. The story never drops from start to finish, leaving you totally immersed, and the balance between humor and horror is absolutely perfect. There is some gore in this room, as listed on their website, but it’s nothing too bad, and there’s no jump scares at all. Also the soundtrack is an instrumental of the girl scout song from the Beetlejuice musical so that earns brownie points from me.
Some of the most fun and clever interactions I’ve ever seen in an escape room.
Best looking game here. It works so well and so much detail was poured into the set.
Game master allowed us to call her “scout captain”
Yes
Very unique theme and untraditional puzzles that work well.
One of the best stories in any escape room I’ve ever been to, and it doesn’t drop at any point.
Hard
Be prepared to split up solving puzzles, it’s the only way you’re winning this game.
High tech
Lots of tech, but also a bunch of traditional locks. They somehow made the tech feel not super techy.

This was a likable game! It was fast pace and was heavy on puzzle solving rather than “search and find” for keys. The adaptable gameplay was not our favorite. I appreciated that the GM did not waste our time and sent clues to the TV screen prompting us when we were in fact correct, but utilized the lock incorrectly, but would ask them in the future to allow us to ask for clues or a few extra moments of productive struggle. There is lots of memorable humor in this room!!! Overall fun experience!
Very immersive story line. I enjoyed the background music!
Easy to see in the room and the theme was very well followed.

Great storyline and varying elements made for interesting continuous gameplay.

We did it perfectly with 2. You can certainly do 3-4 if you wanted to.
Spooky
It was not overly scary. Another player described it as “horror comedy” and I would say that description fits perfectly.

There was a flood this morning, but the GMs are working diligently to fix the broken element. It was only one element that would have lead to unlocking one lock. Nothing major.

Ah the body shop - playing this game took escape rooms to a next level for me. The story was detailed and the props/puzzles unique and fun! They didn’t waste your time on red herrings - and there was also multiply puzzles to work on. Really great game

Very well put together. Great theme and enjoyed our game. We like when clues make sense and when you follow the clue correctly, you get it, this room was like that!

A highly-unique theme in a room with truly novel tactile interactions and some of the fairest, most genuine puzzles around. This room will have you scratching your brain one minute, gazing in admiration another, and then laughing the next. There’s no searching for hidden objects, as the game respects your time. Many props and puzzles utilize objects thematic to the room, and the story is shown instead of told. It’s a wonderfully cohesive experience, and every moment is deeply satisfying. Lastly, with a unique adaptive difficulty system, this is a great room for escape room newbies and enthusiasts! Do this room!
There are almost always multiple puzzles to work on, and we never felt like we didn’t have something to help with. The game suggested easier puzzles to start with, and these taught us that The Body Shop would use normal objects in unique ways. This was so fun to play! One great thing to mention is that anything you didn’t need to move was fixed in place. You were never left wondering what you needed to use.
This felt like a real auto shop. You’ll be interacting with some authentic props to solve puzzles. The music was appropriate to the tone of the game, and there’s one very memorable throwaway gag. The room looks grungy by design, but it’s actually very well-maintained, and everything is clean.
We chatted with Marie (one of the co-owners) for about an hour after the game. She was so friendly! You can tell she truly cares. As a GM, she was attentive and helpful, though still giving us space to solve the puzzles on our own. After the game, she showed us the alternate puzzles, discussed the design process, and shared anecdotes from other escape experiences.

Be prepared for props and puzzles using common objects in some uncommon ways! Also, very few games have a twist like this one!
Show, don’t tell! The narrative is very clear, but the game allows you to piece it together through context clues instead of forcing to you read and/or listen to a bunch of narration.

The game has adaptive difficulty, so puzzles can be made easier or harder, depending on how your team is doing. Also, certain puzzles can be hidden or bypassed. That said, many puzzles are very straightforward, but the ways you have to interact with the game will make you think in very creative ways.

This room right here...... I..... I don't even know how to describe this room. From the theming to the storyline, this game really drew me in to what it had to offer. I don't want too say much because there's a twist to this game that had me go "OH HECK NAH" but I had to play because I just needed to know..... "what did I get myself into???" This is definitely one of my favorite all-time games and I cant wait to see what else Red Fox has to offer on our next visit.
Everything in The Body Shop made sense and the flow made it very fun to play. There was a mix of traditional locks and some cool high tech that is still making me wonder "how they did that".
The immersion was awesome for this room. You really felt like you were where the story takes place and the soundtrack set the tone perfectly throughout the entire game.
Our GM did an awesome job setting the tone for our game and of course welcoming us back after our game! He was very friendly & welcoming, even though we "broke in" haha (the door happened to be open by the time we got there... you have to be buzzed in.. sorry guys <3)

I’ve only done a handful of games, but this was easily the best I’ve done and my favorite. The flow of puzzles made so much sense and did not feel unfair or impossible at all. I feel like it is the most brilliantly and meticulously designed escape room I’ve yet encountered. Plus the amazing set, thrilling twist, and touch of humor made it a total blast of an experience
Challenging and definitely requires multiple teams or individuals working separately and concurrently
Best set I’ve ever seen. I was floored
